RR,

There's no need to abreviate, this forum is not short on space and beside some of us don't read short hand.

I hate to assume, BD means Board?

Do you have a surge protection device? If you don't, if your board is smoked, you probably got hit by a surge or a brown out. If thats all you find smoked, you'll be lucky.

You might want to add what coach you have to a signature in your profile, which would help us answer your question.

Tomcat F15
"NEVER CONNECT TO ANY SHORE POWER WITHOUT A SURGE PROTECTION DEVICE IN LINE."

Sorry for the short hand. Have a 2002 Horizone, Trouble is with the heat pump portion of the heating cycle. Happy to say, have not had a brown out, or power surge. When Iam in the heat pump mode, thermostat clicks on, heat pump starts, but not the blower, unit just hums. Other times unit comes on, fan blows, but to the outside, not into the ducts inside the coach. I have replaced the thermostat, problem is still the same. This is going on, with the outside temps are above 55 degs. Is there a outside componet, located in the circuit board system that is telling the heat pump controls not to come on due to false temperture readings?
Ive check the wireing diagram located on the rear of the heat pump face plate, all the wires to the different componets are securely attatched. L.E.Ds are lit when the are suppose to be. Before I locate a dealer who can help, figured I'd ask the the forum first. Thanks for any help the forum members can render.

Another worthwhile info source is rvcomfort.com, it's listed at the winne site that someone posted a bit ago. All the manuals can be downloaded, if you don't have all of yours, like I didn't.

(And there are two blowers, and indoor and outdoor per the RV Products nomenclature, sounds like your indoor is NFG?)
