I asked on the other forum but only got a drill the hole bigger (easier said than done but may be the only option). Any other suggestions?

Our MH has 2 Coleman roof airs. Each has a pan for condensate. The pan has a tiny hole that is a bear to get to since you have to remove the plastic shroud and then part of the metal cover inside and even then, cannot clean it good because of location. The result is that both of mine pick the worst time to clog and then drip a LOT of water either on the living room floor, or worse, the bed.

I learned that with some canned air I can blow it near where the holes are and that will free it without removing the shroud. But, it'll do it again, using either cleaning method within the month.

Has anyone developed a fix for this? Thanks in advance, Steve

We haven't had that problem yet and hope we don't. That was one reason we liked the basement air in the Itasca Horizon we had. Now with roof air, we have water dripping off the roof and leaving streaks down the side.
A couple we sometimes camp with has rigged a hose from the condensate pan across the roof from the pan to the vent pipe and black water tank. Has it secured to the roof with some sort of caulk to hold it down.
I have no idea how he attached it to the pan, but it sounded like a good solution.
