convection oven not cooking

I recently replaced the Sharp R-1874 microwave/convection oven in my 2006 Meridian. The problem I'm having is that the microwave works fine but the convection oven won't heat up enough to cook anything. Has anyone else experienced this problem?

Never mind folks, I fixed it myself. Apparently, it had been damaged in shipping. Something that was packed inside of it must have shifted or gotten wedged against the side where the fan is located. I poked thru the holes and determined that the fan blades were tight against the metal, so I was able to get a small 90 degree Allen wrench in there and with some pliers, pull the metal side away from the fan blades. Works great now...!
