CoPilot desk

Any ideas to fix the peeling laminate on the Copilot slide up desk?

I too am interested in a solution. I waited to post til this morning so the thread would be listed as today. As many know, an evening post often go unnoticed and never get proper attention. Hopefully we will get some good ideas today.

We had the same problem. We removed the desktop from the motorhome and refinished the entire desktop. You can find paint that will match the dashboard and/or the original desktop finish. I'm not a woodworker but a relative is and he did the work quite easily.

I tried to buy a new one from Winnebago but none are in the pipeline any more. I did find that years 2002 and older had a solid oak desktop that will fit, but I didn't find any of those either. But if you live near a RV wrecking yard you may find one.

Good luck.
