One other thing is to try not to stop them part way in or out unless you are doing the synchronization process. You can get away with stops and starts and not being level or not having the engine running sometimes but it is better not to break those good practices.

Just my experience after having mine worked on by a Lippert expert and again at the factory in Forest City. That was the advice given by both of those techs.

Thanks alot for the responses. We reset the motor and were able to retract it another 2 inches or so. Still not working but we will not use that slide for the rest of the trip. Thanks again
