Looks like the motors are out of sync. Find out what slides you have(type and mfg of the system) and get the manual. There will be trouble shooting advice and instructions for re-syncing if possible. Also search youtube once you find you mfg info.

That is a shinwick slide mechanism. Check the Lippert web site directions on there for disconnecting motors so you can manually move it.

If motors are trying to work then you should be able to get them going again if you can get it in Jammed.

They might also be called power gear since it looks like you have a newer version of them that seems to be working better in most coaches

If you have a ladder and a screw driver you can probably get the motors disengaged and then manually push them in or out.

It looks to me like the original mechanics have been upgraded.

Also make sure your engine is running when you are trying to move them in or out. It makes a big difference because they run off the engine batteries and that gives them about 14 volts. It might get them going

If it does then check for anything that might be hanging them up under floor or at the ends of slide.

The simple explanation of how to synchronize them if you get it running is to put them all the way out and bring them in about 8 inches the all the way out then in 8 inches and out 3 or 4 times. Always hold the out or in button down for a few seconds after they are extended till all noise stops. Sometimes the motor stops and if you keep holding button it runs a couple of more seconds. That helps keep them synchronized.

Holding button down Is good practice every time you put them out or in. As well as having the engine running.
