Hi,
What kind of cycle racks can fit on to a 1985 Le Sharo (I'm in Ireland)? Also is there a skeleton plan so you can see where the "girders" are that you can attach things to? We also want to fit a security lock to the RV door and don't know where to fix it to.
Many thanks,
sarah

Welcome SarahIreland from Ireland to irv2.
Most dead bolt locks are mounted over your entrance door latch. You may have a knock-out on frame of door above the door latch knockout.
To purchase Campers World may ship to Ireland not sure maybe you should call or e-mail.
If you have a hitch connection on rear of coach chassis the bike rack would fit in there.

Enjoy the forums and do post often.

Welcome sarah to the IRV2 website, the advice 007 gave you may be the best way to go, or go to a carpenter or door installer in Ireland for your door problem, you may also want to check out some welding shops in the area to possibly modify a cycle rack. Ed.S

Welcome Sarah. My son lives in Ireland. We keep looking for RV parks when we visit (we'll be there for St Patty's Day next year), and there sure does seem to be a shortage of them. I'm told there aren't many RV/trailers in Ireland. They live outside of Dublin. Which part of Ireland are you from?

SarahIreland, welcome to our website and forum. Great to have you here. You have gotten good advice so far and should have no problem modifying the rig. Take care and let us know if we can help further or just keep us posted on your adventures.

I am interested in a bike rack too and I checked out all your links. This was a big help. Thank you so much!
