First outing and doors on residential fridge (4 Door) opened and dumped a gallon of milk. Cheap plastic catch at the top broke in the process. I now have doors roped and tied shut.

What do you do?

Doors stay closed on mine. I don't leave anything heavy in the door compartments & use lock bars.

I ran two screw eyes into the cabinet on either side of the door and stretch a bungee between them. Not pretty but it works

Most RV (absorbtion) fridges have a locking mechanism that keeps the door closed.
When you close the door a click can often be heard. (a few times I did not carefully closed the door and no click but at the first corner fridge door opens....)
Residential fridges are ment to be steady. If you want to move them you have to take precausion yourself on locking the door(s). Actualy, they are designed to open the door(s) when moved or tilted.. ;-( .
