Dash light on 2007 Adventurer

Can anyone tell me the purpose of the light located approximately opposite from the "Jacks Down" warning light on the dash (upper right corner of the dash) of an 07 Adventurer 38-J? I am having radio problems and noticed that the wire coming from that light is not connected and the end is like one that is used on headphones (a 1 mm plug). I haven't found anything to plug it in to.
