Dash Radio -- No Sound

The problem is no sound from the dash radio through the radio speakers or the TV speakers. Checked the radio/TV rocker switch and its okay. We had noticed that the speaker sound would sometimes take a few seconds/minute to activate before it finally stopped working. Does not matter if the radio in in CD, Sirius, or AM/FM modes -- no sound??

the rca plugs to my tv vibrate loose occasionally. the sound goes away.
i twist them some and push them in tightly to restore sound.
you might check the speaker connections at the radio.
