I needed an endcap for the center rail of the a day/nite shade in the RV. My local dealer was no help so I called Winnebago. Even though only top and bottom rail endcaps are shown in Winnie's catalogue I asked if it would help if I gave him the part number of the shade which I got from the specific list(based on the serial #)for our RV. He said he didn't know but would try. Well...he had the part I needed listed under the shade number! My dealer ordered it and it is now in place on the shade.
