I need advice or at least a experianced point of view. I have a 1997 Winne Vectra Grand Tour 37 gasser with a tag. We love the rig. I have owned it three years. Yes, I am a rookie. We completely redid the interior. Prior owner, now deceased, had tranny rebuilt year before my purchase. No visable water damage inside. Roof and exterior in good shape EXCEPT the drivers side has large area of delam. Former owner said they had a portion of exterior wall restored just after they bought it. You can see the area. I have eternabonded all roof joints and resealed all windows. The delam seems stable and is more pronounced in hot weather. An old timer told me the delam in those rigs was caused by the weight of the tag. Plausible. Here is my question, if the delam is stable I want to keep the rig and plan and budget for future upgrades and repairs. If delam gets worse what issues, other than cosmetic, could I expect? What else should I consider? Suggestions? Thanks in advance.

What I've told on the delam it's caused by the type of glue they used.....

I have always thought it is a glue issue, also. I had a small area fixed on a Fleetwood product that held up for many years. I don't think I would worry about it if it doesn't bother you. You could have someone, with knowledge in fiberglass repair, look at it to see if there was a way to get glue back under the fiberglass and re-stick it. Good luck.
