I have a 2001 Brave MH and noticed a small (8x10 inch) area in the middle of the outer wall that is starting to delaminate. What is the best way to correct this? I was thinking about drill a small hole and injecting some glue or resin. I have fiberglass resin and white gel coat left from a boat repair. The white gel coat may not match but will be close.

Had similar issues with a '97 Adventurer some years ago. First, most delamination is due to a water leak/intrusion so make sure you have addressed that issue. I consulted with the folks at West Marine on an adhesive that would work with the luan/foam behind the fiberglass skin and used a two part system they recommended. I was able to get to the backside of the delam via the fridge vent opening and inject the adhesive. Used a board wedged against the outer skin to hold it until it cured. Seemed to work OK but traded the coach soon after the fix so not sure if it held up over time.
