I got the following error message on the LCD Status screen for my Dimensions inverter/charger.

CHGR-OFF HI-VOLT
RESET OR SERVICE

The coach is in storage and I had the it plugged into a 30A source at the time. I couldn't get the system to "reset" from the Remote control panel. I unplugged the electric, waited a few minutes and plugged it back in. No change, so I unplugged it and left it that way.

Anyone have advice? I will eventually replace the dimension with a different mfg's unit, but would like to not do that now.

Did you check the fuse on the inverter, or see if there is one. On mine there is a 30 amp dc push button type fuse on the inverter. It has popped a time or two when I had too many things running on I guess on the same circuit, like coffeepot, microwave or space heater and I turned on the hairdryer or something like that. Thing is the inverter wasn't turned on.

I agree with you about the Dmensions inverter. Mine too will be replaced one of these days hopefully sooner than later.

My manual says:

"Indicates that the charger is
operating in a high DC output
voltage condition.

There is another source of battery
charging or there is a defective
battery charger. Disconnect and
reconnect the external AC power to
restart the battery charger. If
condition persists, call Dimensions."

Sounds like you already did what they suggest. You may have your excuse for a new inverter/charger...
