Discoloring happening under my clearcoat

Have been noticing increasing number of dark spots occurring on front of my 2006 journey. It is under the clearcut and I cannot diminish the spots with any cleaner. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Sure sounds like a 3M type vinyl mask. If so the "cure" is to remove the vinyl, which us not easy and usually damages the paint as you pull it off. There are places that will do it for you or sell the products to do it yourself. One is in FL as I remember.
