Door Awning FYI

I have always been told by Dometic that the Oasis Door Awning had a 1 year warranty.

Today after receiving a email from Winnie, I spoke with Dometic again and this time I found out it actually carries a 2 year warranty as Winnie pays them a little more for the awning.

If I had been told this originaly it would have been fixed under warranty. I will direct your attention to the last line in my signature..Good Miles

My Oasis was 3 yrs old the last time Dometic replaced it free. I had an ongoing problem the same as all the others in posts. It been replaced a few times I was never charged. Seems if you complain hard enough sometimes it works out.
