I'm wondering if the door lock actuators are the same on the entry door and the basement compartment doors. Anyone know?

KIX, I see you haven't received a response to this question. Have you tried Winnebago Customer Service?

Thanks for the thoughts Driver. A couple of days ago I quit being lazy and removed the entry door panel. I figured out the door actuator is not working. I located a new one made by AutoLoc.....#AT2000 and have one on order.
O, the basement and entry door do not use the same actuator.
