Mostly with a quartering wind driving 55 or over the door starts rattling. I pressed on all parts and did not get it to stop. Put foam inside the handle and that helps a little.
It creates a vaccume around the door, first time I tried to shut it harder while in motion it almost sucked me out the door. Added extra insualtion strip on top and side thinking that might help, no such luck.
Tried to take the handle mechanism apart to tighten it up and it baffled me, would not come apart and I did not want to get rough.
Only fix i can find is to turn up the radio.
Any Ideas???

Wrap some electrical tape around the door latch post on the rear jamb. I re-do mine every six months or so.

The door latch post is also adjustable. You should be able to move it such that it tightens up the door when closed.

The fix for a rattling door on my Fiero was a larger striker, one that is actually for a Ford. If some of the other fixes don't do it, one more thing to check out.
