I am having issues with with my ems system on my 2005 Suncruiser . On the panel it is showing 50 amp. Service but I do not have 50 amp. Also all the tanks are showing full. Any ideas on what's going on ?
Those are two separate issues. Tank sensors may just need to be cleaned, or your tanks are actually full.
When it shows 50A service, what are you plugged into with what cords or adapters?
What does it do when on generator power?
I am plugged into the 30 amp. But the meter inside says I am plugged into 50 amp.
My "panel" allows me to set the maximum input amperage so I won't trip the 20 amp service I have at the storage garage. Perhaps the maximum is what you are seeing rather than the actual. Could you post a picture of your panel?

Your Intellitec Powerline Energy Management System is not detecting you are connected to 30 AMP service. You might try to reset it by cycling the 15 amp Monitor/TV CB in your 12VDC distribution panel. The EMS is supposed to automatically transfer to 30 amp service if it does not detect 240 VAC between Shore power L1 & L2.
I would try resetting the EMS, disconnect from shore power and turn off coach batteries for a few minutes. There may also be a glass fuse on the EMS pc board you could remove instead.

My EMS does this on occaision. I just knock all 120v breakers in the coach to off, then back on again....everything back to normal. They sometimes get confused, like their owners

I have had false readings simultaneously on both the Intellitec EMS unit and my tank sensors when using a certain florescent fixture in the coach. It took me months to finally make that correlation.
It ended up to be the light over the kitchen sink. Replaced the whole fixture even though only the ballast needed to be replaced.
Thanks for all the ideas...... My Motorhome is at the lake now so when we get back to it I will try the ideas and get back with you all to say what I find. Thanks again...........KJD
