Picked up my rig today after having the charge air cooler replaced. Rig sat for almost a month with no charge on any of the batteries. Engine bats were low and had to be jumped (boost switch would not help). After starting the engine, I noticed the house batteries not charging. Checked to make sure the 12V disconnect was on and still no charge. Tried to start the Gen Set but no power even when I pushed the boost switch with the engine running. Got the house bats jumped and started the Gen Set. Ran the Gen set while driving back home from CAT service. Batteries are now charging on house current but engine is still not charging the house batteries. Any suggestions?

Sounds like your bridging solenoid has failed. Here's a (long) thread complete with pictures and descriptions on the problem and fix(es). Yet another solenoid bits the dust! I would recommend replacing yours with the one with silver contacts and possibly adding in some diodes or resistors as described in the thread.
