There is a cable coonnection on my external entertainment center. My TV control inside assigns the signal from antenna, cable, dish, dvd to front or rear Tv. What signal will be going to the external center cable?

Rear TV.

Mines rerouted to the TV in my basement compartment beneath it.

I think tderonne is correct - you route the signal to the rear TV. There should be a splitter that sends the signal to the bedroom TV and the outside entertainment center.
