Entry door sagging. How do I adjust?

My entry door is sagging slightly. I noticed it takes a bit of a bump while opening to get it moving. The striker (?) is wearing because of the misalignment. How do I adjust the door? Is it difficult?

If it's sagging, sounds like the top hinge is a bit loose. See if there are screws you can tighten. You might have to shim and re-align the hinge side of the door frame.

Some entry doors have a band in the door to prevent sagging. Open the door lay down and look up at the bottom of the door. If there is a plastic plug remove it. If no plug, either way, tighten the bolt to lift the door.

No loose screws. No plug under the bottom of the door. There is a bolt with a nylon nut on that appears to be some sort of adjustment. It is located just below the lock set on the side of the door. Anyone know if this is a frame adjustment or something for the lock set?

Thanks
