Eternabond Installation - My experience

I just finished installing Eternabond and want to thank:

The person who posted the picture with the Eternabond in the channel tacked in with masking tape (jimbob, I believe).

and:

The person who suggested ice cream sticks to smooth out the bottom.

Most of my effort went into cleaning the surfaces that the Eternabond would adhere to.

Once I rolled out the tape and located it in the channel, the job was much easier that I had anticipated. I dreaded having the backing off and trying to locate the tape properly. There was no need to do this as once the tape was in the channel, I just peeled the backing off with the tape in place, smoothed the bottom with the ice cream stick and my thumb and smoothed the top with my palm and a 3" paint roller.

Tomorrow, I will clean up any gray stickum that oozed out and be done!
