Ever Have Jack Shoe Flip Off Jack Leg
Happened today, I was leveling on a slanted blacktop road surface, the coach was tilted towards the passengers side. While the jack was going down the jack somehow slipped off the 2 wood boards I had placed under them causing the metal shoe or plate to flip off the jack leg with springs attached. The leg continued into the backtop. A floorjack and crow bar got the leg back up getting the metal foot centered on the leg with springs attached was done with 2 people and 2 crow bars and hour later. Has anyone had this happen if so how did you get metal foot back into place?

Yep, got it back on myself by storing the jacks, and using a shot bar to lever it back over the "ball" on the jack end. Wasn't really that hard and only took a few minutes.

Sounds easy enough with the right tools, what model Winnie do you have my springs were extremely hard to move even slightly. One wrong move and your fingers were toast.

I did it by setting them down over a parking bumper. I had to push the piston back up while the DW hit the retraction/store button. I then connected the springs to the plate and took a long bar ad pulled them down so the plate would dlide over the piston. This was on a 06 adventurer.

Yup, same thing happened to me. Fairly easy to replace, prying with an entrenching tool and leverage in the right places did the trick for me.
