Excellent HWH service in Great Falls, MT

An HWH approved repair center, Travel Time RV, 4035 10th Ave. S., Great Falls, MT59405, 800-823-0777, just replaced the shuttle valve in the hydraulic system for the HWH jacks and slides in our 2005 Adventurer 33V. We had to come down from Waterton Lakes National Park in Alberta, Canada, for the fix. They squeezed us in on Friday afternoon, and, because their bays were full with other rigs, in the parking lot after some testing they gave us a possible diagnosis of a failed shuttle valve. They had us come back yesterday (Monday) AM to confirm the diagnosis with further testing, immediately ordered the part from HWH who overnighted it (at our request), and squeezed us in this afternoon and replaced the part. Monica also showed us the failed valve and compared it to the new one, and gave us the old one. Everyone at Travel Time RV is friendly and courteous, and they worked hard to get us back on the road as soon as possible. Everyone we came in contact with couldn't have been nicer. Thank you, Randy, Monica, Barry, and Diana.
