Exterior Shower won't work in 2016 Travato 59K

Can anyone tell me how to make the the exterior shower/ wash station work? We have opened all the valves under the bed, filled the fresh water tank, turned on the pump, opened the sink with both hot and cold water and no water comes out of the exterior shower. Toilet and side sprayer work, main shower works. The water pump button works at the side of the pump and lights up green. We know water is there because we see an occasional drop and we hear the pressure from the pump at the quick connect. The only other weird thing is the water pump button on the wall says water pump off (in the window that tells the tank levels and generator activity) when the pump is on and water if flowing from everywhere else

Almost all exterior shower heads have a ON/OFF valve. Sometimes a push button or a rotating valve on the back of the shower head. Main valves ON of course...

Here's a picture of the what they call the exterior wash station / shower. Any idea of where the value could be?

We have looked underneath and behind this is a a set of storage drawers and cabinet for hanging clothes. Took the drawers out and no luck

Check what 'Old Crows' stated - WBGO typically uses a shower head with a rotating valve as a shutoff at the back of the shower head. If that doesn't work, disconnect the shower hose at the outlet of the hot/cold water station and see if you have any water coming out of the station. If all else fails, call Winnebago Service at 800.537-1885
