We were at the factory to have many things taken care of. We had a really great experience there. Our tech, Brenda, was very very good. We had a leak in the bedroom slide and after many attempts, the leak was fixed on a Friday. They brought the rig back to us, we went to put out the bedroom slide and a bracket broke which kept the slide from going out correctly. Al came out, got the rig, and fixed it. But, the leak was back. Go figure. They fixed the leak and all is well. The girls at the desk, Rebecca and Val were very helpful and friendly. One thing we like about our experience at the factory is the people we meet. Would we go back to the factory for repairs, in a heart beat. My hubby, Gary, went fishing while he was there at Thorpe Park. One day he caught 35, another he caught 40, catch and release of course.

I love hearing "Good Experience" stories! Especially when they deal with the Winnebago Factory! It shows they really do care... I just wish that commitment trickled down to all Winnebago dealerships, it would make ownership that much more special!

Hi Jo. I was the guy you explained your trip planning software to. We left the factory Thursday after they did about $300 of non-warranty work and $2,000-$3,000 of "good will" work. Our slide assembly was (4) days out of warranty, but they saw previous attempts at dealerships to fix the problem and fixed it and I am now on (4) days of the (2) slides working properly. The tech and advisor were excellent as well as the front desk ladies. I am going to stop by the factory on our treks to the southwest from Oct-April from the east coast and get my non emergency work done.

We too had a great experience there in 2007. We're going to miss the GNR but are planning to be there a week or two after to get a few things taken care of. They are a great bunch of people to work with.

I am sitting in the Customer Service waiting room right now. I am amazed at how they handle so much traffic. The tec's keep everyone informed. My only complaint is the mad dash at 3:30 for the free camping spots and the people who hold them all day.
