Ours is a 2017, just now a year old, and the front cap is also badly faded near the top. I do keep it washed regularly, and had it professionally detailed a couple of months ago also. We live in Arizona, and it does sit outside, so yes it takes a beating in the sun....but I had hoped it would stay looking nice a bit longer than one summer! It is the one thing about this motorhome that has been a disappointment.

I had mine under a fabric cover. The cover scratched it and broke the antennas in the Kansas wins. Did you contact Winnebago and ask them about it?

I called Winnebago and they said their was nothing they could do. They said it could be gel coated or painted they couldn't say which. No recommendation from them other then to take it in and have it repainted which would run around $1000.00. They didn't seam to care.
