I had a problem today with my inverter or so I thought so. I first placed a call to Winny and as always very helpful and we thought it was the inverter so next called Dimensions. Talked with a gentlemen name Joe. This guy could not do enough for me. Stayed on the phone with me for 1/2 hr. performing various tests and what not. I learned so much from this gentlemen in a half hour that I felt I should have paid him. We finally figured it out and it turns out it was something very minor that I did earlier in the day. I have read previous threads about poor service from other vendors so that is why I am posting my experience with both Winny and Dimensions. Thanks to both for all your help.

Great to hear! I too had to contact Dimensions to track down an owners manual for my 2004 Vectra. I had given him the wrong model number because I got it from the documents list in the black bag but apparently it had been replaced with a newer model at some point. I went back and forth with half a dozen emails and he answered each one within the same day it was sent. he got me the pdf file for the proper manual and it turns out to be good news because i wanted to upgrade to AGM batteries and the model I have has an AGM setting that eliminates the conditioning charge as AGM's require. Way to go Rick at dimensions!
