It's always nice to report a positive experience with a vendor. I just had such an experience with Fantastic Vent. Noticed that the vent fan covers on the buggy were looking pretty rough. Turned yellow and generally aged. Called Fantastic to find out how I could order new covers and they told me they would replace at no cost. Now that is great customer service. On a side note, also had another positive experience with FMCA Roadside Assistance (AKA Coachnet). Wifes car would not start. Called Coachnet and 45 minutes later flat bed picked it up and hauled to shop. This is probably my third or fourth call to Coachnet over the past 6 years and they have performed flawlessly each time. They are a profesional group.

Stopped by Fantastic Fan folks at GNR; asked why my fan lid was chattering when being lowered. Lady reached down into her goodie bag & handed me a new raise/lower arm. No questions, no charge; just a nice smile. Good folks.
