Received the new owner survey for my vectra and mailed it in with a letter about the air conditioning duct work issue. Mine was fixed (by me) with eternabond and is working great. I simply stated that since 2004 this has been a continual issue with many owners and asked for an explanation of why a fix hasn't been put in?

Everything else on the new coach has worked flawlessly. The only other issue I have had is that the waste tank level indicator on the interior control panel does not register but the one in the waste bay itself works......

5000 miles since I bought it and I still love the quality of this coach.

I filled out mine about 5 months ago with several comments on items and even attached more detailed info. with it. At the end of the survey it asks "may we contact you?". I said please, please call me anytime. No word yet!
I hope they call you.

Don't really expect a call. I believe they "monitor" this board and RVNet so they should be well aware of the problem. I wish I did a more thourough search before the purchase because I would have required them to take the back cap off and replace the vent with something better. It's and easy fix for the lower seperation but if it comes apart on top that is a whole different story!
