Forza Compartment Door Latch

Anyone have trouble with the door latches on their storage compartments? I couldn't get one of mine to latch the other day, had to remove the cover and manually reset it, it will not reset. Haven't gotten a chance yet to totally remove it to see what is going on and if its repairable.

We have a 2014 Itasca Solei 34T, sister to your rig. Occasionally, some of my compartment doors won't latch. For now, I've just been closing the door and holding it while then locking the lock with the key. Then after it's closed, I'll unlock the lock, but the door remains latched. I'm too stubborn to take it in to get fixed. I have not taken apart the locking/latching assembly for fear of really jacking it up! :-)

our '14 34T was always hard to close, and some times would not open unless locked and unlocked a couple of times. No solution other that slamming them harder to close.
