The source of our draft is the vent under the microwave --- left side. It's nasty. Now, to figure out how to stop it if we can. The right side has no draft.
Another thing for the dealer to solve.

Check out the windows on the slide out. Mine have little weep holes on the bottom slide channel that let's outside air in when it's windy. I cover them with tape.
Hope things warm up.

That vent should have a flapper to keep the cold air from pouring into the coach. Not only do they often stick (in either direction), but I found one mfgr. at an RV show that taped them all closed for transport I suspect. The sales guys couldn't figure out why they were so noisy...
I haven't looked for it on ours, but you should be able to get on a ladder and see it from the outside.

I had the same problem wit the vent hood letting in lots of cold air, and since I go skiing in mine alot it was a problem. I just took down the little metal filter they have there and wraped it in aluminum foil and reinstalled it. stopped the drafts. I just don't use the vent hood in the winter just turn on the main vent in ceiling when cooking.

Another source of outside air is the dash air valve. You should turn the switch to "off" when parked. Otherwise there is a dryer vent size opening to the outside through your auto heater.

I am glad that you found the source of your draft ...
I could not tell from your description whether the draft was coming from the "inside" of the vent ... or whether it was from "outside" of the vent ... that is, through the opening cut in the sidewall for the vent and the vent itself ...
If the draft is from "outside" of the vent would it be possible to use some spray foam to close the opening?
