Thanks Jesse.... We are on the move today but I will look when we stop tonight. As I mentioned in my original post, I do see a panel and that is where the drips are coming from. However, the panel I see is about 12" long by 6" wide and is under the water heater which is located on the passenger side in front of the door. Are you saying there is a larger panel as well?
Follow up - After removing and reassembling the pipes/fitting in the water heater bay, my hot water heater now makes a noise whenever I turn on the hot water tap. I am hoping its only air and not something worse. It makes a low pitch whine when the tap is open.
