Hello,
94 Suncruiser 34RA-- When I am connected to land line, the fridge works great. It does not work when I am on generator. I do not want to use the propane avenue because I am not that familiar with the propane set-up.
1. What do I need to do to operate the fridge on generator?
Thanks,
James

It should work on the genarator.. QUESTION: Is your rig a 50 amp, and if so Question 2, do BOTH air conditioners work (Assuming you have 2)

If the answers are YES and NO in that order (or if you only have one A/C)

check the breakers ON THE GENERATOR.. odds are one is in the OFF position.

wa8yxm,
Thanks for info. I just recently purchased this 94 Winnebago Suncruiser 34RA and am a newbe. The fridge did work on the generator after all. I did not have it running long enough to cool. After a 2 hr road trip it worked very well. The coach has 2 ac's and they both ran well on the gen going down the road. When I got hooked up to the land line (50amp), they had a 30amp conversion plug that matched my plug. I am not sure if my coach is a 30amp or 50amp? Me having to use the 30amp conversion plug on the 50amp land line, does that confirm that my coach is a 30amp? Or is there another way that I can comfirm the amps? Another question--When I was connected to the land line I could only run one ac at a time VS both ac's on the gen. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Thanks,
James

Your post sounds like you have a 30 amp coach. To be certain look at the male plug on the end of the electric (shore) cable. If there are 3 brass connectors or blades then it is 30 amp. If there are 4 brass blades then it is a 50 amp.
