If you have power, and flame on gas mode, there are three possibilities.
1. bad thermister (inside refer area, cheap and easy fix but usually not the cause)
2. bad circuit board (check fuses, but it is a rare failure)
3. bad cooling unit (plugged or gas leaked out)(most likely plugged)
I had a cooling unit go out, way I tested was to isolate it by directly applying 120v to the electric heating elements. They got hot, but no cool in the refer.
Tried every test in the book, wanted it to be anything but the cooling unit, but it was. Took 4 hours with a mobile RV guy and me to pull out refer, remove cooling unit, and replace with a new one. Cooling started almost immediately upon turning back on. That was over 5 years ago, refer was two months out of warranty :-(
Good luck.
