Front Driverside Awning spring

Hello fellow Winnie owners

When I extend my front driverside slide the awning sticks and causes the top of the slide to jerk. It looks as if the spring loaded roller that the awning rolls up into is sticking. Also the roller looks as if it moving around on the shaft as if a bearing is gone. Any assistance on how to repair is welcome

Happy travels

Sound as if the spring is broken you hear any rattle when it going in and out, those springs have some tension on them not as much as the big one. there is no bearing in there it's just a cap, shaft and spring
