Does anyone know where I can buy or get plans for a 98 Winnebago Adventure front end tow hitch? I like to stow the bikes in the front when I'm towing my HHR in the back.

You could try a metal fab/welding shop. We did for a spare tire rack under the chassie.

Northern Tools has two front hitchs for sale. You need to measure the distance between frame rails. Bolt on with a few holes to drill. I'm looking at them myself.
