Some of you may remember the problem I had with my furnace that was "serviced" by Camping World tech, who totally screwed it up. With help from many friends here on the forum, I was able to repair the furnace correctly. Today, I finally was able to speak with the CW manager and express my disappointment in the poor work. He agreed that it was their fault and refunded me every penny of the money I paid for the service. I have to respect a service center stepping up to the plate, admitting their error and making it right.

Best Regards!
