FYI Service Winnebago Junction City, OR

Just an FYI if you are considering making an appointment at Winnebago Service in Junction City, OR. They are now booking out appointments in the middle to late October.

Cori told me they are definitely seeing an upswing in service appointments as the word is getting around about the west coast facility.

To make an appointment call 541-234-2167.

Thanks Cheryl ... is there any indication that they'll take a stand-by like Forest City?

I didn't ask because that wasn't an option for us, but I'm sure they can answer your question. Cori was very pleasant to work with!

An update: We had our appointment a few weeks ago and found all the staff to be very courteous and great to work with. Zack, our Service Technician, did a great job, completed the repairs to our satisfaction, and in a timely manner. He couldn't have been more patient in answering our questions and explaining the work he did. He went out of his way to help us confirm what factory service had been done by HWH on our living room slide.

The service center is definitely busy with plans for expansion once another building is remodeled for service. An appointment is necessary with booking 2-3 months out. At this time they are not encouraging drop-ins since appointments are scheduled daily, unlike Forest City who schedules only on Mondays. There are eleven spots with electricity and water one block from the service center if you wish to arrive the day before your appointment. Spots may be empty but are reserved with a cone for rigs being worked on in case their service is not completed that day.

The customer lounge was comfortable with TV, wifi, coffee/tea/hot chocolate, small microwave and small refrigerator.

It is a pleasure to have Winnebago/Country Coach service on the west coast!

Is there a WIT discount? Last time I was there, there was not a discount like Forest City or even Lichtsinn.

Since no parts were involved I didn't ask about a discount. Because we were WIT club members, a few years ago we did get a discount from Lichtsinn on certain parts that were ordered to be installed at another service center.
