I don't know about your specific coach, but most valves are made with two halves, and 4 screws hold them together.
You can separate the halves, and replace the "O" ring.

Regards,

Dan

You could try back flushing the valve with a cap with hose attachment.

Robot Check

You could also try pouring some detergent in the tank to help break down any greasy deposits. The valve is a 'sandwich' held together by 4 screws. Replacement or rebuild kits are available. Use Plumber's silicon grease to lube the moving parts.

If your valve is too hard to get to to replace you can always buy one of these.

Twist On Waste Valve, 3 - $18.65

2093 Ultimate Advantage 40e.Twist on valve didn't work for me ... not enough room in the bay. I replaced the seals in my valve. I removed the lower portion of the metal cover in the water bay. That allows you to see the valves but probably can't do much from there. Then I removed the wall from the storage bay beside the valves ... held by screws around top & bottom. Then remove styrofoam insulation as needed. There is still metal framework in the way to work around. Because of the tight quarters & seemingly immoveable plumbing I could not get enough slack in the plumbing to get the complete valve out. But at that point it was obvious just replacing the rubber seals in the valve would be much easier than removing & replacing the entire valve assembly so that was what I did. Pretty much all day taking things apart and putting it all back together.

When I had one replaced by the dealer under warranty the cut a round hole in the bottom pan. I removed the cover they sealed it with but found it of little help.
