We we're in a campground in our 03 Ultimate Advantage and they had a couple of brief power outages during the night. The generator started evidently with the loss of electricity. The a/c was on at the time. I haven't been able to find anything in any of my paperwork that says anything about an auto start. It hasn't done anything like that since. Does anyone know if this model came equipped with this and if so what controls it.

I don't know about your specific model generator but there are threads on this site that the 7.5 Onan quiet generator will start by itself if is there is a lot of moisture in the air. Mine started about 2:30 AM during a rain storm and it does not have any auto start devices.

When I installed mine it came with stickers to attach to the gen cover and ac panel.

I installed mine in the One Place Panel, and it is actually called

Onan Energy Command 30.

Doesn't actually say AutoGen Start.
