Genny starts on it's own

We have a 07 Itasca Meridian with a 8k Onan diesel generator that starts on it's own about once a month.We do not have the that starts if the battery voltage is low.
the only tme this happens is when we are in full hooks.any suggestion

Yes, I had the same thing happen. Seems if you get some moisture in the harness that connects the remote controller (located on the genset) this can happen. I removed the harness and cleaned the harness and socket with electronic contact cleaner. Then I put dielectric grease on the socket and joined them back together. So far it's been 14 months without an occurrence. I think if you search this site you will find others that have/had this same problem. Good luck & happy trails.

Happened to us in our 07 Adventurer - problem was a wire rubbing on a bracket in the dash. Insulated and re-routed.. Problem solved.
