Genset stopped working

I have a new 2017 Adventurer with a Cummins 5500 genset. We were running in 111 degree heat and it worked fine on the road. When we stopped for lunch, after about 20 minutes it stopped and the display on the auto start system said Service Fault 3. It would not start again right away, but after an hour I started again and it was fine the rest of the way home. I checked the oil and it was full. Any ideas what happened? It should not be to overheating, because I ran he genset in my Sunstar in similar heat with no issues. Generally, if it's hot outside that's when you need to rely on a generator the most! Thanks for comments!

My initial suspicion would be over temp maybe. 111f is pretty hot.

I found this trouble shooting guide with the fault codes listed. Read through the attachment. It may help you diagnose your code.
