I suspect by now you have received the W.I.T. magazine. They have published several articles to tell you of the activities in the area and that you can arrive early if you desire. The field is somewhat rolling, some areas are not very level. There are designated parking personel that will escort you to your parking area and aid you in parking. As you enter, you will be asked to unhook your toad vehicle. This is because toads are to be parked in designated areas. Movement within the grounds and surrounding areas is by "people movers" which move one from place to place. One tip is that you should empty your holding tanks prior to entry at the city park facility which has many fine spots for this purpose. Also there are clearly marked water connections for flushing and also seperate potable water connections right at the dump site. Consult the package you also must have received by now to figure out what of the things you want to do nd be prepared to make new friends.

Been there twice in the last 10 years. Getting there a day or two early is a plus, if you've got the time. Have you signed up for any of the tours?
Great steakhouses in the area, plus lots to do & see. The weather can blow up really quick and turn nasty for two or three hours, then blow away. The GNR is a lot of fun & good entertainment.

We go to GNR yearly and enjoy the time being with old friends. Be prepared for most any kind of weather since it changes really quick. The people of Forest City are very welcoming and it's lovely small town kindness. The churches and other groups have dinners, bake sales and ice cream socials while we're there so go into town and enjoy. Some are free and some are for a small fee. On the rally grounds there is plenty to keep you busy with the seminars and tours. The time goes fast and we are there for two weeks since our club also has it's yearly rally there. Go early and have alot of fun meeting new friends!!

We have such a good time last year, our first year with an RV, that we are going back this year. One of the musts do's is the factory tour. It gives you some insight into how your coach was built.

We will be in the Virginia row, Stop by and say hello.

We've never been before and are looking forward to going this year. I'm not real sure what to expect, but everybody we talk to says it will be an experience we won't forget soon!

Stop by the TN row and look us up.

Chris

We will try to find you at the GNR when we look for other friends from Mich.

We will be in the PA row in our new Sightseer.

Be sure to check with WITCARS, the Amateur Radio section of WIT.

Ted Trostle (Flytyer), and WB2LOU.
