After reading about issues some folks have one would think all dealer suck and warranty service is non-existent. Well I figured for a change of pace I'd share about my positive experience. I have purchased 3 RVs (TT/5er/Coach) from Russ Dean RV in Pasco, WA and I've always been treated with respect and have had good communication.

After our last trip I took the coach in for 5 items. One was a leak in the storage on the driver side - they found the problem and fixed it. The other leak they couldn't duplicate but noted it was a very small compartment, and noticed I had a set of chains. They have seen this happen when warm chains are put in a cold bin. Time will tell but for now I'm satisfied, if I have another problem we'll go at it again. One of the curtains around the driver windows was pulling away from the tab that glides around the track, fixed that too. The front grill had also come loose, its only held in with glue. Since we do take ours on some gravel roads they were able to secure it with screws not just glue. The jacks tested just fine, and they did confirm I needed to manually stabilize them as they were only automatic leveling.

They also did a complete oil, lube etc.

The coach was returned when promised. Now I'd be raving if they washed it and filled it up, but I'm not complaining one bit.

I may have been able to save a few bucks going out of state, but the service I get is worth not having to fight.

Kudos to the crew at Russ Dean.

Here is another one. Took our 34-A in for door adjustment, check jacks, correct trim around table. All problems corrected. My dealer is Shipps RV in Tenn.
