While traveling from Erie, Pa to Chicago,Il our Nocold refrigerator decided to stop working. I noticed when I opened it to get a drink of water that the light was not on. My DW had noticed earlier but thought the bulb had burned out. Investigating I found a bad 12 volt breaker.
We called Barrington Motor Sales, Bartlett, Il. an Itasca Dealer and their Service Advisor to bring it in in the morning and they would look at it.
We arrived and were the coach was immediately taken to the service bay and the tech troubled shot the system and came up with the same bad circuit breaker. He replaced, cleaned up 4 other connections showing corrosion, and the refrigerator fired right up.
I would highly recommend the facility if you are in the Chicago area and need service.
Speaking with one of the principals he told us that they will service travelers, they are not an "if you did not buy it here we do not know you" operation

Good to know, dep>

Moderators--is there a "good service, bad service" section of iRV2 that this sort of info could be posted to?
