I am going to purchase a set of G670 255/70R22.5s for my coach this summer. I would appreciate anyone telling me what they have paid for this tire this year. Just round numbers and a general idea of where you purchased them. Thanks in advance.

I believe the 275/70/22.5 is a better fit for your coach...at least that is what I got to replace the 235/80/22.5 XRV's.

Got mine 2 years ago so surely prices have increased. I paid $2280 for six including Equal balancing powder.

How about Michlein tires, anybody get new tires recently? Iam going to GNR, see what the prices there. Usualy, prices are at show prices.

I also did the G275/70/22.5's about a year ago and mounted and balanced they were right around $2500.

I installed the Michelin XZA2® Energy™ 275/70R22.5 load range J on my 39QD. They are very nice tires.

I'm getting ready to change mine too. My Michelin 235/80R/22.5 XRV's are weather cracking badly, in particular around the lettering. Not really sure it's weather cracking, it almost seems like a defect. They only have 12,000 miles and (according to the date stamp) are only 3.5 years old.

Michelin won't downright replace them although they will probably give me a reduced cost on new ones based on the miles I have on them.

I'm thinking of switching to Goodyear because they stipulate a 4-year warranty against weather cracking.

Goodyear has a $20 rebate/tire on their website for the G670's good thru 8/30/07 I believe.

Paid $2646.88 out the door mounted and balanced for G670 275/70R/22.5. Just got my $120 rebate from Goodyear so guess that makes it about $2527. They are great tires and a load range higher than Michelin. I think they are a bit wider and 1/2" taller but speedo says same as GPS. I highly recommend em.
