Gray Tank Water Leak from Drain

I have a water leak from the gray tank when water is run down the drain. How do I access the tank to tighten the connection(I assume this is the problem)?

Any other ideas are welcome.

Rig info is in signature

Thanks

Leak when water run down WHAT drain?

Sink drain
Shower drain

Or from tank drain ??

sink/shower drain to grey tank is glued together and then either glued to top entrance to tank or is secured into top of tank via a grommet gasket fitting

Drain lines from tank are typically glued to outlet and drain valves are bolted to flanges glued to line

Plumbing details ---- 2 different drawings depending on rig serial number

Access to top of tanks is the issue

Lavatory, K sink and shower. I'll look at the diagrams to see if they are any different from what I have. Yes, I need to find out how to get access to top of tank.
