I have determined that the grommet (donut) located on the top of the tank that seals the gray water pipe that drains the kitchen sinks is split and leaks when the tank is full. The grommet P/N is 061607-01-000 and is difficult to get to. This is a 2001 Itasca Sunrise F30W with the twin galley sinks in the slide. The drain hose that enters the tank thru the grommet moves slightly every time the slide is deployed. Anybody else have this problem??

Welcome to the list!!

I might have the same problem -- my gray tank leaks only when I let it get full. I also have twin galley sinks in a slide-out. Originally it would back up into the shower. I suspect the grommet is the problem, but have not gone to the trouble to try to get to it as yet. That project is on the top of my "do it" list...

My gray water tank grommet was leaking too when it was filled 2/3 or more and I was moving down the road.

I added a hose clamp around the grommet and the black pvc pipe entering the tank. To get access on my coach, I had to lower the white panel in front of the dump valves about 6 in and then it was a easy fix.

While I was in there I added a hose clamp around the black water pvc pipe/grommet too just as a backup to the factory glue that seemed to holding up ok after 3 yrs.
